My current tenant is moving in with her boyfriend to start a family and I'm looking a for a new person to share this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with.

Located in the heart of trendy Dalston, the property is within very easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants that the area has to offer. Transport facilities can be found at Dalston Junction (Overground - 0.1 miles) which gives easy access to the City and Canary Wharf. (20 min to Oxford Circus)

The building was built 3 years ago, has a 24 hour concierge desk, private gym facilities and an extensive communal roof terrace with far reaching views across central London perfect for summer hangouts and sunbathing.

It the flat we have a large balcony big enough for 2 yoga mats, individual bathroom for each room (yours will be en-suit!), floor to ceiling windows, spacious and very bright living room, fully fitted kitchen and modern interior.

Special benefits: super adorable black cat Onyx and a dancing pole which I'm happy for you to use and teach you a few trick if you wish so :)

I'm looking for a female or a gay men (no straight guys, sorry!) ideally professional working in the creative industries, but I could consider students. It doesn't matter that much what you do for your job, as long as we have enough of common interests to have a nice chat from time to time. I'm looking for somebody clean, respectful, open minded, easy going and fun to talk with.

I would also expect you to make friends with Onyx :)

House rules are pretty simple: keep everything tidy, clean after yourself and respect each other personal space.

I am Extended Reality Designers & Creative Technologist specialising in storytelling through immersive technologies such as VR, AR and many others. I am self-employed, meaning that quite often I work from home. In my spare time I'm pole dancing (practising at home and in the school), visiting galleries, museum, shows, plays, events.

My passions: design, art, music, fashion, technology, AI, future, innovation, science.

I've been living in London for past 9 years , from which 1, 5 in this flat and I'm absolutely in love with it and so will you!
