Large Double Room with Ensuite Dalston

We are looking for a lovely flatmate or couple to share our modern west facing balcony apartment in Dalston Square, starting 1st Dec 2020 (dates can be flexible around that time and there is opportunity to move in sooner if needed)

The flat, part of the Dalston Square apartments, is on the 6th floor with stunning views and amazing sunsets. There is access to a private gym and concierge which is all included in the rent. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with floor to ceiling glass doors that lead onto a balcony. There is also a shared roof terrace, which spans the entire area of the building, perfect for sunbathing, drinks or morning exercise.

The available bedroom is a very large double with ensuite bathroom, as part of a 3 bedroom flat. The room is very big, so could be suitable for a couple as well. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, so it is the quietest room in the house. It has mirrored built in wardrobes so plenty of storage. There is currently a bed and desk in the room and these can stay or be removed if needed. We are looking to rent it either short term or long term, the primary focus being on finding the right person or persons.

The rest of the flat comprises of two other double bedrooms that share a very large main bathroom, which has a bath (which you’re welcome to use anytime!). There is an airing cupboard with washing machine, dryer and storage. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc.

Dalston Square is right above Dalston Junction station and is a 2 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and 10 minute walk to London Fields Lido. Travel into central London is about 20-25mins.

You will be sharing with two professionals, Esme - luxury sportswear sales and Rita - Creative director and co-owner of a start up, currently working from home.

We get along well and that we enjoy spending time together at home, with the occasional glass of wine / yoga class. This is our home and we love living here and would like to find someone who appreciates as we do!
