I am moving in with my girlfriend so we have one en suite room available in Dalston Junction! The room is available starting from between December 14th - January 1st. The rent is £800 for the en-suite, for the next three months due to a rent reduction over the pandemic. It’s a rolling contract and will be back up to 900 after that should we not agree a longer term rent reduction
You will be living with my two flatmates - Rups (M/36) and Maria (F/33). They are both fun, friendly, outgoing, respectful, and very easy to live with. They are into music, cinema, art and design. We are looking for a professional who likes being sociable (obviously difficult at the moment) and wants to take advantage of all the great cultural things/bars/restaurants/music in Dalston....assuming COVID-world comes to an end sometime!
The room has furniture included. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and has a bath. The apartment has a very large terrace that gets sunshine for most of the day and is a great place to hang out and relax! Dalston Junction overground station is a 2 minute walk away and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also free gym access included with the rent.
