Hi! I am renting my en-suite bedroom as I’m living outside the UK for a few months. The rent is normally £1233 but I am renting out for £800 while I am away to be closer to family in these difficult times. It's an en-suite in a spacious new flat and I am looking for someone to treat the place like a home while I'm not there. This is a lovely recently furnished place with balcony, patio and large open plan kitchen/living area. The building benefits from a rooftop and gym on-site as well.

You will take over a large double bedroom which has its own big bathroom. The rooms has a super king size bed, a desk and wardrobe. The move-in date is flexible but I plan to return on January 15th.

The massive integrated open plan kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and comes with an electric cooker/oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in microwave, lots of storage etc.
