Hi!

My current flatmate is my oldest friend who has just got a new job and is moving back up north. So I'm looking for a girl to come and take over her room.

Flat:
We're on the top (3rd) floor of an apartment block. It is super quiet and we have a shared garden which is great for BBQ in the summer. It is a 2 bed , 1 bathroom with shared living room/dining and kitchen.

We furnished the flat when we came at the beginning of the year so everything is new, and my current flatmate will be leaving her bed/drawers etc so you don't need any furniture. Or we can remove some in the bedroom if you do have furniture, up to you!

We have parking outside if you have a car, you'll just need to get a permit.

Bedroom:
All new furniture and bed. Large bedroom with double bed. Also a built in wardrobe for extra space.
950 per month exc bills. Bills come to approx £100 a month.

Move in Date:
My flatmate understands this can be a bit of a process so is fairly flexible between December - February move out date. So let me know if you need to move sooner or later and we can work around that if you're the right fit :)

Me:
I'm 25, originally from a small town close to Leeds. I've been in London 7 years and I work as an art director in a fashion brand. I work mon-fri quite longs hours and then love to enjoy the area on the weekends. I'm into fitness (spin and boxing) but also like to go out on the weekends for drinks and dinners.

You:
I'm looking for someone who is professional and likes to live in a calm, clean and homely environment, can enjoy a meal or two together over a glass of wine but also likes their own space and can respect the shared living spaces. This is not a party flat

Location:
5 mins walk to haggerston overground.
5 mins walk to london fields and broadway market.
7 mins walks to dalston junction overground.
Takes me about 30 mins to get into oxford circus.
15 mins from shoreditch on the bus.
