The room is in a 2-bed flat in a new development. Your room has two large sash windows facing Dalston Lane, so it gets lots of natural light throughout. The bedroom will be really quiet (as are the shared spaces). It comes with all the furniture in the photos.
The flat is a sustainable property and has wood floors throughout, an alarm and secure entry. It's bright and airy, and there's a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher .
There's a large living room with a TV, and a big, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Dining area. There's also a south facing sunny balcony.
The bathroom has a bath and shower with great water pressure (that can be a hard one to find in London!)
Other amenities include secure and large bike storage space at ground level.
Bills come to about £ 120 each per month, which covers everything - WiFi, TV, council tax, electricity.
