A room will be available in our lovely, modern, and very well located apartment in the heart of Dalston from the end of January 2020.
 
ROOM & THE APARTMENT:
 
The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, sharing a large bathroom with one other flatmate.
 
The apartment has a big communal living room/kitchen with lots of storage. It has all the white-ware you could need (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky and Netflix). It is a new build so it is very warm in the winter and the living room opens out to a private balcony, which is great to have open with a breeze coming through in the summer. The apartment block is safe and secure, serviced by a 24/7 concierge desk. Access to a private gym in a neighbouring apartment block is included as part of rent. The apartment block includes secure bike storage (as well as space in the flat to store bikes) and access to a communal roof garden with views over the London skyline.

Bills are not included but altogether come in at around £100 per month each.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:
 
Located in Dalston Square which is next to (well, basically above) Dalston Junction Sta tion and less than 5 min walk away from Dalston Kingsland Station, both of which get to you to central London in less than 30 minutes via the overground. Dalston Junction Bus Stop is outside the apartment block.
 
Seconds away from a variety of bars, restaurants, pubs, a cinema, and a theatre – all of which could keep your calendar busy literally every night of the year. 5 min walk to both a new M&S Food Hall and massive Sainsbury’s. The best thing about it all is that the apartment is tucked away from the main street and so there is a good mix of things to keep you busy in the middle of Dalston but also a quiet and safe flat just around the corner to come home to. 
 
ABOUT US:
 
Two guys in their 30s, working full time and keeping busy, but who also enjoy an occasional beer or dinner when everybody is home.
