My current room mate is sadly moving out, so I am looking for another female professional in her late twenties or early thirties to live with me.
The flat:
The flat is very big as London goes and is in a super central location, it’s right on top of dalston junction station (although there is no noise from it). The building comes with a gym, concierge and rooftop which is lovely in the summer. It also is fully furnished and has a huge sunny balcony.
The room:
The room is a good sized double, complete with its own bathroom. The bed, wardrobe and chest are included. There’s always a cupboard in the hallway for this room, which can store a few suitcases, plus it has a rail for coats etc.
About me:
I am a 29 year old who is self employed. I play tennis a couple times a week and also like to go to pubs, restaurants the usual stuff. I do go to parties but am not a party animal, I like a balance of going out and staying in.
I work from home all week but I have a desk in my room so the common areas are not cluttered by work stuff. I would say I am also pretty clean but not a neat freak (biased?)
Details:
You would be taking over the lease from my current flatmate - there is a break clause at the end of August, but you are welcome to stay on or go at that time. Bills come to about £150 and include the electricity, heating, water, internet.
