I am renting a single large and bright MEZZZANINE bedroom in a charming 3-bedroom period house arranged over 3 floors. With period features, stripped polished parquet & high ceilings it provides a sizeable living space.

The property is located on a quiet private and famous London MEW, close to both Dalston Junction (3 mins) and Dalston Kingsland (5 mins) stations and accessed through a residential road, meaning that you'd be getting all of the advantages of the location without any noise!

The house comprises 3 rooms and a shared kitchen with all kind of white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc.), a living room, a toilet for guests, another bathroom in the second floor and two pebbles gardens.

The room is on the second floor and has plenty of space and light to work from home. It has an astonishing private balcony with views of the MEW :). You will share the bathroom with another roomie, which is still pending to be selected - current roomie will leave on 31 March

You will be sharing with David , a Spanish guy of 33 y. o. working in finance and Albert, a 30 y. o Lithuanian guy working in fintech. We both pretty sociable and try to organize some plans and dinners during the week and weekends too.
