The available rooms is located on the 2nd floor. It is very bright, with two windows and a wooden floor.
The bedroom comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the rent is £800 per month.
Bills are not included in the rent and are roughly £100 pm per person.
THE HOUSE
The house is big and located in a great area, just 2 minutes from Dalston Junction, but in a quiet pedestrian road.
There is a large eat-in kitchen/ living room, and both a front and a back garden for anyone who enjoys a bit of gardening :)
THE HOUSEMATES
We are three professionals in our late 20s/ early 30s. We are clean and respectful of spaces, looking for working professionals and like-minded housemates. It is a nice and social house, but not a party house.
