MOVE-IN DATE: Sunday 11th July

ROOM: Very large room, furnished with a bed and mattress, under bed storage, large desk, reading chair, shelves and large drawers. Huge window that lets in lots of light and roller blind for privacy.

HOUSE: period town house just next to De Beauvoir Square, features:
- Large kitchen/diner with all appliances, extensive kitchenware and new dish washer and washing machine
- Super large lush Victorian garden (20 meters long) featuring BBQ, bar, long outdoor dining table for al fresco dining or working, outdoor lanterns and fairy lights for those warm summer nights, secluded chill-out area, darts board and a veg patch!
- There's room for a bicycle indoors and extra locks at front of house.
- Excellent, warm power shower
-We have a cleaner that comes every other week to keep the house looking nice

WE ARE:

At present: 2 females (data stuff and legal), 1x male (comedy writer) and one gentle, well-behaved doggo.

Chilled, friendly and relaxed household, we are doing our own things but like to catch up over dinners, have bbqs and play darts together sometimes. We are queer friendly.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally someone 30+. Must like dogs. We are looking for a conscientious, considerate and clean person who will really respect this amazing space as their home, just like we do :)
