A very private scandi flat (second floor) of a maisonette located in the heart of De Beauvoir Town between Dalston Junction and Haggerston station.

A small clean scandi one bedroom flat, with a spacious bathroom, shower with bath along with a large window facing to the back garden. The kitchen is small but cozy with a large window facing the street.

The room for rent is a converted living room with high ceilings and large windows overlooking De Beauvoir Road. The room is quiet with thick walls and space allows you privacy and to be creative. The room is left behind by a current Australian flatmate who's moving in with his girlfriend.

The flat was originally rented unfurnished all the items have been provided by us, therefore, the room will be available unfurnished.

You will be sharing with a friendly and social Swedish mixed LGBT guy, with a busy job and social life outside the flat. If you have a 9-5pm job you will barely see him although he is always open for a chat.

We are looking preferably for professional female or male in her/his mid 20 to mid-’30s, who enjoys her/his privacy when at home and likes to go out and enjoy the countless restaurants/bars the area has to offer.

You will be 5 min train ride from Shoreditch or to Highbury Islington (10min to the west end), also 5 min from the canal which offers bars and restaurants and a nice walk to London Fields. You will truly be living London at its most vibrant and creative.
