I am leaving the UK hence I will be leaving this lovely house and this gem of a room very shortly.
The house is big, very well taken care of. We have a cleaning lady coming every 2 weeks. We have a big and beautiful garden, ideal for bbq during summer times.
My room is the biggest in size, and is situated on the second floor with two big windows so the light is lovely.. I have my own bathroom located on the ground-floor.
Two guys are living here, very tidy and chilled.
In terms of the charges it is around 130 additional per month. It depends on the time of the year.
I ticked unfurnished but if I have a good offer on some of the furniture I will be interested in selling them. Also, if you sublet for a short period of time I will leave my furniture in that case.
I am looking for someone to rent or to sublet it as soon as possible. If you want to sublet it for two months I am also interested as well as long term.
