Hello guys,,
we are looking for a nice, tidy and responsible housemate to take over a nice single room with a double bed in our flat.

It's a well maintained 3 bedroom flat on 2 floors with a kitchen and a spacious living room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom and a little balcony to admire the view of the Shard.
The flat is 20 min walking to Shoreditch, 15min walking/5 min by bus to Old St. tube Station, 5min from Haggerston.
There are two Tesco around the corner and there are plenty of pubs around with Hoxton street market a stone throw away.
The flat is next as well to the Regent's canal, amazing for walking/jogging path down to Victoria Park or London Fields with its great market on Saturdays, we love it!

We are looking for a lady, a professional tenant in her 30s.
The room is 625£ + bills, the bills are around 80/100£ including broadband, water, electricity, gas, council tax. The room comes furnished with a double size bed and a wardrobe.
We have a cleaner that comes around every now and then.

The room will be available from the 9th of September!
