1 month sublet in peaceful Haggerston apartment

Hello,

I have a month sublet in a peaceful apartment next to the canal in De Beauvoir / Haggerston. 5 min walk to Haggerston station, 20 min walk to shoreditch. Underground gated car park. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and has its own en suite with walk in shower. You will be sharing with me, I’m an interior designer working in central London. In the week time I like to cook and like a peaceful, quiet home. In the week I’m usually climbing, going to yoga or out for dinner. The flat is great as the area is very quiet and safe area at night. The flat also has a balcony, living/ dining room, kitchen, main bathroom and communal bike storage in the courtyard. It’s a 10 second walk to the canal where there are great cafes and bars and a Tesco express within 5 mins walk.

I am looking to sublet my spare room from 14th October until 14th November when I have a friend moving in. the rent will be £900 including all bills. Unfortunately the dates are non negotiable.
