Cosy bright room in beautiful shared terrace

We have a lovely 3 bedroom terrace in a quiet neighbourhood with two easy going and social couples.

The house has lots of shared living space - open plan lounge and dining area, a sunny conservatory (in summer) and a big kitchen. There is also a backyard/deck surrounded by lots of greenery.

We're looking for either a couple or single to join us, taking the room of our friends moving back home. The room has a great view onto green backyards and gets afternoon sun. There are very large built in wardrobes. The room is on the small side for a couple, but the previous couple made it work for 2 years.

There are two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with a big free standing bath and toilet.

The location is great, bus stop around the corner and Haggerston station is about 5-10mins walk away. The De Beauvoir Deli is around the corner from our place for all your fancy coffee and sourdough needs. Dalston is close enough that you can go out if you want but far enough away that you don’t hear anything and so many good pubs close by - De Beauvior Arms, Scolt Head, Rosemary Branch.

We're looking for someone keen to be part of a friendly house, sometimes sharing a meal or a wine. Easy-going but tidy. We all work Mon-Fri in a range of areas (refugee advocacy, business sustainability, law and design). The rest of the time we are pretending to be in touch with new music, books, art and movies. Monthly bills for the room are roughly:
- Council tax: £45
- Electricity and gas: around £10 (depending on time of year)
- Internet: £10
- Cleaner (once a week): £25
- Water: £10

We all do our own groceries but do an occasional online shop for shared things like toilet paper, cleaning products etc.
