2 rooms available in stunning house

Hello!

My partner and I are looking to move into this beautiful house in mid April (available 18th April) and therefore looking for 2 clean, chilled, friendly housemates to occupy the bedrooms on the top floor.

Couples are welcome if they are happy to rent both top floor rooms (one as a guest/yoga room or study). We’ve agreed with the owner that there won’t be more than 2 additional housemates including us.

The house is super spacious, light and immaculately furnished (large furnishings will stay) - it’s as good if not better in real life than in the photos.

We’re aiming to create a relaxing home environment as we can have fairly hectic work lives so like to chill in the evenings and occasionally have the odd dinner party or book club.

Viewings will be taking place before the end of Jan so feel free to reach out to arrange one. Viewings after this period won’t be possible.

Bills and council tax shouldn’t come up to more than £100 on top of rent.
