Top Floor Double Room

Double bedroom on the top floor of a 3 storey house, overlooking the garden at the back of
the house, sharing a bathroom with the other male housemate only. Small box room available as a work from home office with desk and monitor.

The two girls in the house have rooms on the middle floor and share the downstairs bathroom and also have a box room office.

The downstairs has a large homely kitchen and lounge, large screen TV with SkyQ, french
doors open out to the patio and large green garden, with veg patch and beautiful willow tree. Indoor and outdoor dart board.

A small dog (Gary) will soon be joining the house and is uber friendly and gentle (doesn't
bark). The remaining housemates are looking for a laid back housemate, considerate of
keeping the house tidy and clean and willing to be involved in shared house life.

The house is in a brilliant little neighbourhood, which has shops, pubs and restaurants close
by with loads of buses and 5 train stations 10-15 mins walk away. I feel very lucky to have
lived here for 4 years and especially through lockdown.
