Double bedroom w/ shower in sociable shared house

Hi! I'm Tom and I'm offering a double bedroom with its own balcony and shower-room in a large (1800 sq ft) house overlooking Rosemary Gardens in Islington. I live with one other couple (David and Julie), and we have a third bedroom that's recently become available.

We met our previous housemates on Spareroom more than 5 years ago, and they're now moving out because they've bought a flat nearby and are having a baby in a few months.

We're looking for another person to take the room and join the house! We're looking for someone who's sociable, outgoing and into cooking and eating communally. We share all the food and supplies in the kitchen, and cook together 3 or 4 times a week (especially during lockdown).

There's desk space for everyone to work from home, and we have 100mbit internet, but we're looking forward to being able to go back to working in offices soon.

Dave and Julie have a 3 months old cockapoo puppy called Holly.

We just finished 6 months of building work to complete a roof extension - we added a gym room with a Peleton and Reformer Pilates machine, and an outside terrace for hosting barbeques. It's great!

We live next to Rosemary Gardens, with its tennis courts, and the Regents Canal is only 2 minutes away. There's a massive new leisure centre in Shoreditch Park that should open in the next few months.

Bills are included, and we have a cleaner who comes for 8-10hrs every week.
