we have a double room available from 13 February (can be flexible with an earlier move-in date) in our lovely De Beauvoir flat!

Rent is £610 per month, plus about £80 for bills (including council tax, internet, TV license etc). Deposit is £649.

About the room:
It’s a spacious furnished double, with plenty of storage space and natural light. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, arm chair, small chest of drawers and a bedside table. The flat has 4 double bedrooms in total, one bathroom, a large living room, a modern kitchen with new appliances and a balcony too. We’re on Downham Road and are easy walking distance to Old Street, Angel, Dalston, Broadway Market, Columbia Road and Shoreditch Park.

About us:
Hannah (25) is a book publicist, Vera (25) is a teaching assistant at a local school and I’m Cinzia (28), a PhD student in molecular biology. Everyone’s really friendly and we like to spend time hanging out together - often with a glass of wine. We really enjoy cooking/baking and exploring the area, but are also respectful of each other’s private space. We are looking for like-minded person who is clean and sociable.
