Me and my two housemates have a room available in a gorgeous Dalston house where the rent is super cheap for the amazing location. Come and join our Lockdown 3 life style - intriguing cooking experiments, disastrous HIIT workouts in the kitchen, growing real life vegetables, board games, Drag Race marathons, gin marathons...all kinds of marathons except the ones involving running.

Rent is £585/m, plus average £100 bills. The room is small but you get extra storage space and a triple wardrobe on the landing and in the living room. The room is unfurnished but the bed pictured will be offered to purchase to the new tenant very cheaply.

*Large kitchen with space to work and a hot desk in the living room for which you are given priority access

*5 mins from Dalston Junction Station and good buses. All the shops of Kingsland High Street on one side, the leafy quiet streets of De Beauvoir on the other.

Lots of green: easily walkable to Regents Canal, Victoria Park, New River Walk, Haggerston Park, Shoreditch Park, London Fields and Clissold Park.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a home. We cook together, watch stupid TV together and take on home improvement projects together.

COVID note- we are cautious and follow the lockdowns strictly. We will have masks and open windows for viewing, and can spend some time in the garden or go for a walk nearby for chat.
