We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in De Beauvoir Town.

We are three professionals in our mid-late 20s. Tom works in digital education, Charlotte is a motion designer for a social media agency, and Tamar works for a PR and consulting firm.

Looking for a fellow professional of similar age to join us, preferably male, to keep the house balance.

The house itself is very spacious with a big kitchen (two fridges!), a separate living and dining room, a massive garden with a BBQ and picnic bench, which is amazing in the summer months.

The bright and sunny room is on the top floor of the house, it's big enough for a double bed, closet/clothes rail, chest of drawers and a desk for those who need to work from home, even though we all like to use the living space to work too.

There are two bathrooms on the middle floor; we share one between two housemates.

The house is in a great location, moments from the picturesque De Beauvoir Square, Haggerston and Shoreditch Parks, a great selection of pubs, and Kingsland Road's bustle. Haggerston station is a 7 min walk away, and there are plenty of bus and cycle links close by.

We all like to have the odd dinner/bbq together or trip to the pub (bring on June 21st!). We're looking for a considerate housemate who likes to keep a tidy home and join in for the odd bevvy.

Rent is £730 PCM - a great price for the area, and bills come to around £100.
The security deposit is £675
The bedroom itself is unfurnished.

The move-in date is the 1st of April.

There's an additional agency fee for the rental name change, which is £50. References and checks will be carried out by Benyon Estate, who manages the property.
