Large Georgian House, on 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Large garden with bbq, table, chairs under palm trees on the wooden decked patio - probably not for this time of year but in summer its wonderful.

House is kept clean, a cleaner twice a month,. We keep it clean ourselves in between her visits. . Only consider this house if cleanliness is important to you. The floor in the kitchen / lounge are white so need some attention to keep clean.

Quiet road, although minutes from canal, station, shops, bars, restaurants of Hoxton, Dalston, Shoreditch with easy access to the City, Kings Cross, Old St.

Suit someone who is organised and use to sharing. Singles only pls. You can have guests stay overnight of course., 3 nights in anyone week.

No smoking in the house at anytime,, This house is only for a none smoker.

As the owner of the house, use to sharing, It does mean the house is in good order and modern too. There is a dishwasher and separate laundry area with washing machine + ironing board,

The house has an artistic bent. Although a professional in the communications industry, currently involved with AI and interaction between humans and bots…. Really interested in culture and design and a keen modern photographer, Effie is a teacher of Greek and a special needs teacher whose boyfriend lives in Scotland.
