My wonderful housemate has been gifted a flat! It couldn't have happened to a nicer person and while a little sad, this is a great opportunity to make a new connection and find someone amazing!
Strong house vibes are SUPER important to me. I want this house to be a home. So the priority is finding someone I genuinely get on with 🙂

Double-room in a furnished, converted townhouse on the beautiful Southgate Road. Less than 30 seconds from the Deli and De Beauvoir Arms. The private landlord is a great guy who prioritises tenant quality/consistency over pure profit. This means no sneaky agency fees and great-value rent!
