My wonderful housemate has been gifted a flat! It couldn't have happened to a nicer person and while a little sad, this is a great opportunity to make a new connection and find someone amazing!

Strong house vibes are SUPER important to me. I want this house to be a home. So the priority is finding someone I genuinely get on with 🙂

🏠 THE PLACE
Double-room in a furnished, converted townhouse on the beautiful Southgate Road. Less than 30 seconds from the Deli and De Beauvoir Arms. The private landlord is a great guy who prioritises tenant quality/consistency over pure profit. This means no sneaky agency fees and great-value rent!
- Rent - £860 p/m
- Bills - Around £150 p/m (includes cleaner every two weeks)
- Council Tax Band C
- Pets not allowed :(
- Preferably seeking tenants who DO NOT work from home

The flat is available for move-in from 1st December onwards.

- Tesco Express - 5 min walk
- De Beauvoir Wholefoods (not the Amazon kind) - 30 secs walk
- Bus stop to London Bridge (25 minutes on bus) - 1 min walk
- Regents Canal - 5 min walk
- Proper parks in the area - Victoria, Shoreditch, Clissold
- Six great pubs within 5 min walk
