**Short term rental in North East London from 15th Dec - 12th Jan!!**

I am subletting my room GIANT room in De Beauvoir Town (N1) while I travel for a month back to Australia.

You’d be living in a large 4 bed 2 bathroom house in De Beauvoir Town with three other legends. You will share a bathroom with one other tenant. Downstairs is all shared spaces (kitchen, living room & backyard). The other housemates include two British boys Dan and Jack (both 30) and an Australian girl Avalon (27). Dan and Jack grew up in London, have lived in the house for 4 years and both work creative jobs so their schedules are different every week. Avalon recently moved to London from Melbourne and works in Marketing. The house is usually everyone’s chilled time as we all live busy lives however we all love going for a pint as well.

De Beauvoir Town is a beautiful, quiet area in the heart of NE London, which is walking distance to Dalston, Shoreditch, Angel or London Fields. Dalston Junction & Haggerston overground stations are both a 5 minutes walk away and Old Street tube Station is 25 minutes walk. You’re also at the doorstep of local institutions such as the Scolt Head, The De Beauvoir Arms and the De Beauvoir Deli.

Rent is £1400pm including bills
