as my fiancée will not be moving in.

It has a open plan kitchen/reception room, balcony, principle bedroom with built-in wardrobes, family bathroom and ample storage space. Decorum Apartments on Wenlock Road runs parallel to the basin. Equidistant between Angel and Old Street stations the shops, restaurants and bars of Hoxton Square and Upper Street are also around a half a mile away.

Furnished with: bed with storage space, closed, built-in wardrobe, sofa, table, two chairs, desk with desk chair, tv. Bills not included. Price can be reduced depending on 1) whether you take over part of the furniture, 2) lease duration (preferably longer than 6 months), 3) agreed deposit.

Visits possible on Fridays (physical or via videocall).
