We like to keep a friendly, clean and respectful atmosphere. We both make music and work on other stuff, happy to keep the volume low and use headphones too.

Also happy to do a video call viewing.

The flat is beautiful in the summer and has a lot of potential, it has a lovely balcony with a city view and a large separate kitchen, and a lounge with 2 bathrooms. 6th floor with elevators.

The smaller double bedroom available has enough room for a small desk, clothes rail and bedside table.

Location and price is great too, less than 10 min walk to Dalston stations and 15 mins walk to Highbury Islington.

This is an urgent ad and will get people in to view straight away if I think it’s a good fit.

If you would like to move in for the last week of March, you can pay 1/4 month rent for the remaining month.
