Spacious furnished double room available in a beautiful 3 storey townhouse in De Beauvoir Town, N1.

The house is to share myself, Jonny (owner), and my partner Lisa.

We are planning to relocate abroad very soon but with the intention of coming back & forth occasionally from our new base.

This arrangement would suit a mature minded single professional person who is comfortable living alone for the most part but also with a couple on some occasions.

THE HOUSE
The property on Englefield Road is arranged over 3 floors. Double reception rooms on the first floor and a contemporary open plan kitchen/dining room on the ground floor + additional WC/utility room.
The top floor has 2 double bedrooms, a wardrobe room and contemporary bathroom.

THE GARDEN
The kitchen floor leads out onto a fabulous south facing 60ft garden with mature planting. ** Some garden care will be required ** but is not expected to be very onerous!
Please note this is a condition of this letting arrangement.

RENT AND BILLS
Rent is inclusive of TV/broadband, water ,TV licence and insurances. Council Tax and energy will be shared costs.

LOCATION
De Beauvoir is a charming Victorian conservation area with fantastic pubs, restaurants and deli (2 mins away).
It's an oasis of calm bordered by Dalston and Shoreditch.
Great bus routes to Old Street, City, Angel, Highbury & Islington. It's an easy walk to the overground stations at Dalston Junction or Haggerston .
