I am a private landlord. I have a really large and lovely and cosy double room in my home in Streatham HIll (I am a live in landlord so giving my tenants more support). Available from 21/2/2020 with rent of £750 a month all inclusive but negotiable. No fees involved. The room is really big double with a lovely double bed, wardrobes, table and chair. Plenty of shared facilities including a really big kitchen with plenty of fridges freezers, storage cupboards, hobs, etc, a separate large dining room. We have a group of mixed professionals and working tenants.
Zone 3 and minutes walk from the station where you can get into central London (Victoria or London Bridge) in less than 20 minutes. or one stop 5 minutes to Balham underground station for Northern LIne connection. THe house has a really large front garden so plenty of parkings for cars, bicycles, etc inside our own front metal gates so safe from the street. It also has a back garden too with many toiels, shower rooms and bathroom too with laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. We welcome couples or singles. or sharers Streatham HIll is really lovely area as it has parks, shops, banks, gyms, cinemas and plenty of mixed restaurants so convenience to all public transport too. Do come to view as you can meet the current renters and check out the room and the house and anything else directly. The current tenants are lovely and caring and really friendly.
