Cosy, affordable double room in Deptford, Zone 2

Hello! I am moving out of my cosy double room. The room includes a double bed, small desk and chair, and a closet with space to hang clothes as well as a small set of drawers. The apartment is on the second level of the building and there is no lift. The apartment itself is two levels, with a large kitchen, washroom, and one bedroom downstairs and the full bathroom and three other bedrooms upstairs (my room is upstairs).

Currently there are two students and one professional living in the flat. Everyone is really friendly, although for the most part everyone has their own schedule. While there is no living room, there is a table in the kitchen that is a good place for a chat!

The flat is located in a well lit area between the Deptford and New Cross high streets. Goldsmiths University is only a 15-20 minute walk, and it is close to train and Overground stations (6 minutes away from London Bridge from Deptford/New Cross), and there are buses to the closest tube station (Canada Water, approx. 20 minutes).
