I'm a 40-something friendly and normal French woman living in a really lovely and large 2 double-bedroom flat in Deptford. I'm looking for an easy-going, tidy, and friendly female flatmate to share this gem of a place, which is available now.

The flat is 90m2 and boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings, natural light, and tasteful furniture. The kitchen is modern with a really large dining table and plenty of cabinets. The lounge is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Flat is furnished and includes washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge, pots/pans, crockery, TV, sofas, chairs, tables, and shared storage spaces.

Your room is massive with 2 large windows, double bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothing rail, and feature fireplace.

Price includes all bills except electricity, which we share.

Brilliant transport links to London Bridge (6 mins on rail), Canary Wharf (16 mins on DLR), walk to overground in 10 mins, walk to DLR in 3 mins! It's an easy 12 min walk to Greenwich and the Thames and just as quick to walk over to Goldsmiths.

Deptford is really cool, also a little edgy. The market (3 x wk) is amazing and only steps away. There are loads of new bars and restaurants too.
