We are two professionals looking for a sociable flat mate to occupy a room in our flat that has become available due to our other housemate moving back to Australia.

We enjoy going to bars and restaurants, and cook a lot at the flat. One of us has a side hustle food truck, he will talk about it a lot.

The available room is the largest in the flat, which is situated in a converted warehouse complex. The flat consists of high ceilings, very spacious living area with induction hobs in the kitchen.

There is also a roof terrace with table tennis tables and great views of the City and Canary Wharf. Along with this there is a cinema room, co-working space and cafe exclusively for residents (at no extra cost). The apartment block also has an indoor secure bike storage, a concierge, and post room which is very handy for receiving parcels when not at home.

You can get to London Bridge in 7 minutes and the City in 10 on the train. Also situated 10 minutes walk to Greenwich and a short bus ride to Peckham.
