Heyja,
We are a super duper friendly couple (italian, and german) and sharing with another Portuguese guy a lovely flat in Deptford area.

Move in date is: 26.02.2023
So we are looking for a nice, clean, easy-going and respectful flatmate :).

The flat is quite big and goes over 2 levels.

The room that becomes available is big, got a double bed, a chest of drawers. The chest of drawers, if you bring furniture.

Also there is an inbuilt wardrobespace which is super useful and spacious.
(The furniture in the pic is slightly different, but the bed is the same)

We have one bathroom with shower and bathtub upstairs.
Which you mainly just share one other person upstairs, as we also have a seperate toilet dow stairs, that
Santi and I are using.
There is another seperate small room for us to share to dry clothes, although it's already quite full 🤭

NO LIVE IN LANDLORD, and never had issues with them thr agency.
Anything that needs fixing was done pretty fast.

Great location:

Very close to shops and transportation (8 min to depford train station, which goes straight to London bridge in one stop.
8 min to new cross station overground| train,. lots of busses)
Few parks close by and in a few min you are at the Thames and in Greenwich.

Lovely local for nice walks and runs, especially because it's so close to the Thames and Greenwich.

About us:
Italian guy, 36 years (young :P) been living in the flat for about 6-7 years.
And me, 30 year old female from germany working in the fashion industry, joined the flat 2 year ago. We are sharing a room downstairs.

Bills ( very roughly depends per season) per person a month:
Internet: £ 12-13
Council tax: £33
Electricity/ Gas: depending on season, but
approx 25-35£

The room is available now, but going fast.
