XL Room In Lovely Deptford Houseshare

After three and a half amazing years, I’m moving out of my extra large, double-windowed, light and airy bedroom in the heart of Deptford.

I’m actually moving out on March 12th so will post a picture of the full space without all my clutter in it then!

The bedroom resides within a four-bedroomed Victorian terraced house that also boasts a huge kitchen / dining area, large lounge (with many a games console and board game!), big garden, parking and vast basement for near-unlimited storage.

The other three housemates in this extremely queer-friendly home are wonderful, laid back, tidy & sociable souls aged 29-33 who’ve made lockdown bearable and whom I will miss very much.

One’s an artist, one’s a doctor and the other works in law - all of them love getting together for dinners, drinks, movie/games nights etc. while also respecting each other’s privacy.

The local area is fabulous with several parks just a stroll away and Deptford High Street a mere 10-15min walk. There are unbeatable transport links too, with a bus stop right outside and Canada Water station (for the Jubilee line) less than a mile / short bus ride away.

The room is available from the end of the month and is £590, with bills approx. £50-60 a month on top. It comes with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. Couples considered! (rent adjustment TBC).
