We are looking for a tenant for 2/3/4 nights a week (will adjust rent pro-rata)

As my wife works from home we're afraid this is aimed at professionals who are office based. So we can't accommodate work-from-home in candidates.

Located right in the heart of Deptford with a minute from the Deptford Station providing quick access to the City of London and 10 minutes walk to Deptford DLR which connects to Canary Wharf. This is great if you need quick access to either.

We are a married couple living in Deptford looking to rent out our second room for Monday to Friday only. This would suit someone commuting to work in Canary Wharf say, and there's easy commute to the City of London.

* 8 minute walk to New Cross (Overground, Windrush line)
* 10 minute walk to Deptford Bridge (DLR)
* 1 minute walk to Deptford station (train, one stop to London Bridge, direct trains to St Pancras)

The flat is very modern and it includes: double glazing, balcony, wash and dryer. The well-lit and spacious room has a double bed.

Bike parking is available in the basement if you're a cyclist and there's also a terrace accessible on the roof.

The flat also benefits from under floor heating throughout, individually controlled for each room making the property very energy efficient.
