Hello there,

I'm a professional living in a spacious 3-bed, 2 bathroom flat (with river views), seeking to fill the soon to be vacated, large enough for 2, ensuite bedroom.

The neighbourhood is family oriented within a private complex renowned for its new buildings, quiet and clean surroundings with underground parking and security cameras.

Located in Deptford with Cutty Sark DLR and Deptford rail station a mere 8 min walk (6 min if you have long legs). Deptford and Greenwich markets are lively, most days of the week.

I'm looking for a professional who's tidy, respectful and friendly (sense of humour appreciated too).

Your room is a huge double (possibly triple?) ensuite bedroom that opens onto the balcony. It will be unfurnished, apart from the odd wardrobe that’s big enough for summer and winter clothes, and everything in between.

The living room will be partially furnished, (ie lots of room to personalise the space) and the kitchen is fully kitted (washing machine, fridge, oven, micro)

- I have a lovely cat who thinks she’s the queen of the flat (actually, she really is)
- I work from home 3-4 days a week
- currently seeking another flatmate to take up the 3rd bedroom
- freedom to bring your own living room furniture, decorations and green thumbs
- looking for an annual commitment, monthly payments and a deposit
- references required (employment, previous lease agreement and/or DBS checks, ID)
- rent includes all the goodies
- the room is available from December but seeking firm commitment by mid November
