The house is located close to local shops, pubs and parks. A 2 minute walk to buses with transportation into Central London. A 10 minute walk into Deptford town and Deptford station (Towards London Bridge).

HOUSE

The house boasts a living room, large kitchen, living space and huge South facing garden. There is also a large well lit basement which is currently used as an extra living space and usually has a DJ set up. (This is free to use for anything you would like!). We have very fast WI-FI.

THE ROOM

The largest room in the house- it benefits from two windows looking onto the street and is super light. (Its the perfect place to grow plants!) It comes fully furnished.

Three lovely girls who would like a friend as well as a tenant. All from creative backgrounds studying at Goldsmiths & CSM. Love the occasional night in watching Netflix and having friends around the house for socials.
