I’m looking for a flatmate (ladies only) for my bright and spacious 2-bed flat in Deptford, zone 2, as my current flatmate will be moving back to her home country. The flat is a great size and there is plenty of room for storage. It comes with a huge balcony that goes round most of the flat and we also have access to the roof terrace which has an amazing view of London.

The Room:
Price is £845 + bills. Deposit £975.
The flat came unfurnished but there will be a bed, mattress, bedding, chest of drawers and clothes rack in the room. It has a large door that opens up onto the balcony which has lots of sunlight especially in the morning. You will have your own bathroom as my room has an ensuite, meaning no queue in the morning for a shower before work!

About Me:
I am a super chilled 26 y/o, originally from up north and have been in London for 4 years. I am a musician and therefore need someone who doesn’t mind hearing my vocal warm ups and piano playing on a daily basis. I am a girls girl and love supporting and seeing women thrive so would love to live with someone on the same wavelength. I enjoy the odd bottomless brunch and love hosting the occasional games night! I am very social but also love spending a lot of time by myself.
