Room in a modern, spacious, riverside flat w/ gym

I have a double bedroom to rent in a modern, riverside flat. It has absolutely mind-blowing view from the balcony, especially in the morning if you are up early enough for a sunrise, or durning evening/night (those photos are not exaggeration).

Ideally, I'm looking for someone social, with whom I'd enjoy evening with a bottle of wine/whisky/beer/cocktail, a nice dinner or a move evening and tidy. I think most important aspect for me is that we get along very well, I'm not really interested in "let's lock ourselves in bedrooms and never see each other". If you are an artist its a definite plus! After the whole madness is done, I'm up for someone to do pub-crawls, hike or bouldering with as well :)

As for me, I'm a software developer working in the City, passionate about photography, videography and art in general. I like… occasional drink and I'm social, easy going person.

Flat includes shared living room, shared balcony and fully equipped open kitchen.

There is a free gym just for residents, including swimming pool, sauna, steam room, a lot of new cardio and strength equipment as well as classes, concierge, mailroom and few local coffee shops and a pub. As you may have guessed, it's pretty much all closed now due to lockdown…

Flat is located on the riverside, close to the Barrier Park (still open!) and Thames Clipper riverboat (closed). It's 5-8 minutes walk from the DLR station that will take you to Stratford, Canning Town or Bank quickly.

* Netflix, Amazon Prime Video
* Amazon Prime including Amazon Fresh (not that you can get groceries delivered now anyway…)
* 150 Mbps fibre broadband, symmetric (happy to upgrade to 1Gbps)

I can be flexible with rent if we really click and get along very well.
