For short lets and couples(less or equal to 3 months) rent is £1,195 and deposite £850

To secure the room, £300 will be required. This will count against your deposit when you move in. Before moving in it is required the payment of the deposit in full and 1 month's rent. The rent is to be paid in advanced every month.
