hi the room is quite large and can fit a desk, it has a double bed. there is no en-suite. there is a large store room and kitchen, a balcony.
i personally enjoy interacting with flatmates and doing some activities together. communication is really important for me as is respecting each other’s space which i am happy to do if you let me know what works for you :-)
no parties unfortunately as the flat is quite small and we have volume complaint issues from just dinners. no animals either sadly as i think that’s a building wide constraint.
i would love to meet a potential flat mate first to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
only available from nov onwards
rent excluding bills for two is £2300 but i’m trying to negotiate this down. will update as and when things change.
bills per person are about £120.
there’s no TV but we can change that! there’s a lovely balcony with a stunning view. the one favour i must ask of the common space is that my keyboard can stay in the living room. you are welcome to use it.
