Brand New Flat, looking for 3rd flatmate

My current flatmate and I have found a stunning flat and are looking for a third person to join us! A bit about the flat:

The property is a new build 3 bed, 3 bath. The rooms are all a decent size, light and airy and it has a balcony. The property is close to public transport, just a 3-min walk away at Custom House station, meaning you are at Canary Wharf in 3-min or at Liverpool Street in 10-min. You need only 4-min walk to Royal Victoria station.

A bit of info about us:

My name is Sane and I am 27 year old working as a Consultant. Im in the office 2 days and wfh for the rest of the week.

My flatmate is Rachael, 30 years old and works as a Public Affairs Officer. She mainly works from home but does go into the office sometimes.

We’re both clean and chill people who like watching Netflix with glass of wine from time to time and going on walks but also like our own space.

Sane is also a cinnamon bun aficionado and is always happy to share 😋

Ideally we’re looking to move in December.
