Please note that this price is based on a Monday night to Thursday night let (4 nights). Another option is to let for 3 nights on a pro-rata basis (i. e. £450 per month). Please ensure you fit one of these criteria when requesting an initial viewing by confirming that you only require the room on either a 3 or 4 night basis, thanks.
