Freshly refurbished lovely double room

Looking for someone who works out of the house on weekdays please (especially on Mon, Tues and Thurs when I work from home).

The room has been freshly painted and refurbished with new curtains and rug. Double room with a huge built-in wardrobe, full length mirror, shelving unit and shelves.

I'm not sharing the living room but there's plenty of space to sit and eat in the kitchen. There's also a little balcony with views over fields and evening sunshine.

The building overlooks leafy Gladstone Park, with its tennis courts, playing fields, etc.

To Dollis Hill tube station, it's less than fifteen minutes across the park on foot. It's also a short bus ride to Kilburn tube. Other bus routes are easily accessible as well. There is free parking and a bike shed for cyclists.

You'll often have the place to yourself but I work from home with clients Monday, Tuesday and Thursday so it would be really preferable to find someone who is working weekdays out of the house. When replying to this ad, it would be great if you could confirm this, tell me a bit about yourself and feel free to ask any questions.

Deposit is £400 and the price includes all your bills.
