**Holding an open house for viewings on 2nd March between 10am till 1pm- message to book a time**

We are looking for a new housemate to join our Victorian period house situated in the heart of East Dulwich.
We are 3 professional males in our late 20’s seeking a housemate who is sociable and willing to integrate into our home.

The house is fully furnished with a very cosy and comfortable finish. The available room is placed on the ground floor between the lounge and the kitchen. It is a very spacious double room with ample storage available.
The bedroom has French doors that open up to the pathway that leads to the garden. Beautiful in the summer!
There are two toilets (handy in the mornings) and a bathroom which are both situated on the first floor. The price of this room is £637- this includes water bills and council tax but excludes other bills; further costs will be discussed with prospective housemates.

Although we love spending time together, we all lead very busy lives. We try to make an effort in eating together and would love you to join in with that aspect.

We are all very musically orientated and have a particular adulation for house and techno music.
We enjoy the London night life and love to socialise in the local areas.
Located a stones throw away from Lordship Lane (if you're a GB shot putter), less than a ten minute stroll to East Dulwich station and 10 minute bus journey from Denmark Hill (Overground).

You have all the the amenities and entertainment that south London has to offer on your doorstep:
Our local, the mighty East Dulwlch Tavern (5 minute walk), Bussey Building (20 minute walk), Fox on the Hill (Arguably the best Wetherspoons in London- 15 minute walk).
By amenities and entertainment, we mean FANTASTIC watering holes.

Sport is another shared interest- we have access to all the Sky Sports and BT channels and football is regularly on.
