We have a double room in 5 bedroom house available from the 3rd February. The double room has ensuite shower and toilet facilities so you wont have to share.
The house will be occupied by myself, my husband, my son (aged 5) and our Aupair. We are all fairly easy going - are out of the house in the day and back around 7pm. Our Aupair is around.
We are looking for a tenant to share our home - they will have access to all of the communal areas of course and our tenant can participate as much as they want to in our daily lives.
We will need two references from previous landlords
A CRB check - due to my little boy
