Double room in flat share

Hello!

There is a spare room in the flat now and we are looking for someone to share our home. The room is a decent size and has been redecorated recently.

The flat is my own and I live here with Inke - she is in her second year of a clinical psychology degree and moved to London from Germany 10 years ago.
I’m enjoying getting to know Inke, as she only moved in a few weeks ago with her cat Spooney.

I own the flat and have been here for 4 years now, and love the area.
I’ve been slowly decorating it myself, but feel like I’m finally getting somewhere. I’m an artist, and will be going back to universality in September for a teaching training course.

The room is available now. I will be working in the Isle of Wight for a few months over the summer, coming back sporadically on days off (and to arrange viewings) but back here permanently from the end of July.

I’m looking for someone we can get along well with and who would enjoy calling this their home - although all standard rules apply, you are not obliged to stay if it doesn’t work out!!!
