Two Double Rooms To Rent Tulse Hill/Brixton

Our house is located on Thurlow Park Road in-between Tulse Hill/ West Dulwich (5 mins walk to each station) both overground stations, which are brilliant as you don’t have to brave the tube in the morning!! 18 mins to Farringdon, 10 mins to Victoria and 18 mins to London Bridge, trains are very regular! There are also regular buses that take you to Brixton Tube (12mins by bus) and we're looking for two new flat mates.

The house is amazing and is in very good condition (as you can see from the photos) it has under floor heating throughout, a separate utility room, open plan kitchen with by folding doors which lead out on to a huge garden- great for summer BBQs :-)

Bedroom 1 room fits a double bed and has lots of additional storage built in. This room is £690 + bills per month. Angharad is taking her bed and mattress with her, so you will need to find one.

Bedroom 2 fits a double bed, a side table and chest of draws, which Emily is looking to sell if you’re interested. It does have big built in wardrobes. £720 per month + bills

Mark and myself are staying in the house (we've already lived here for 2 happy years). We both work in media and science, we're very friendly, out-going and sociable and are looking for someone similar.

We are looking for two new people to sign a 18 month contract, with a 12 month break clause by Friday 24th January. To move in/ start paying rent on the 23rd February.

There will be a deposit required, normally this is a months rent in advance but I'm double checking with the agency.

Bills normally come to an additional £80 per month, this includes a cleaner twice a month.
