Big room - Ealing Broadway - February

Dear all,

Big double room available for the 16/17 of February. Is a very nice apartment, very bright, 13 minutes walking distance from Ealing Broadway and 5 minutes from West Ealing. The area is very nice and the neighbors are quiet.

The room is big, will be unfurnished so it is very important that the person that moves in either has already furniture or doesn't mind to buy them.
The apartment has a lot of light during the day and has also a dishwasher. The house has also two rooms of storage in the loft, so there is plenty of spaces to keep things out of the way and we use that room for all our visits, so they don't need to sleep in the sofa!

I work from Monday to Friday and I'm at home only evening and weekends and ideally, I would like to find someone with a similar schedule so from time to time we can enjoy a glass of wine/beer, dinner or chat. I'm very easy going and I like the commune areas to be clean and tidy.

Expenses are split in 2 and are around 100 a month. Any other questions please let me know and contact me if you think you would like to visit the house. I'm looking for someone that would be happy to sign the contract again with me, so this house would be from both of us.
