We have a nice, specious room with a single bed (double bed available upon request), equipped with drawers, two big build in cupboards, desk+chair, and faux leather chair with footstool. Total people living in a property would be three. Ourselves... we are easygoing, respectful and open minded people.

The flat is in a great, nice and quiet location. Just 10 min walking to West Ealing Train Station (connections to Heathrow/Paddington/Ealing Broadway).

Ealing Broadway Tube station (Central and District Line) 7 min by bus. 20 min walk.

Free parking on the street, if you have a car.

The flat is very modern and comfy. This is converted house into two flats, so you will have a feeling of living in a house rather than in the flat.

You will share a nice big kitchen fully equipped with all amenities and a dining table. Bathroom comes with a bath tub and a toilet. There is also an extra separate toilet. No living room to share though. No garden. No storage for bikes.

The flat is located very close to 2 nice local parks. Just 5 min walk to both of them. Access to many local shops in West Ealing (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Lidl, Groceries, Off licence) or in Pitshanger Lane (Co-op, Bakery, Butchers etc)

All bills and WiFi are included in the rent.

3 weeks deposit required. In case of moving out 1 month notice is required.
